The Swan Inn in Felsted is launching new open mic jam sessions on the last Tuesday of every month.
The events are hosted by musician and Felsted parent Simone and singer and guitarist Chris, and the first session takes place from 8pm on Tuesday, March 26.
Musicians can jam alongside different musicians from Essex and further afield, as well as performing at the open mic.

All abilities and experience levels are welcome, and homemade Italian food will be served. You can bring your own instruments and amps, but some house equipment will be available.
The organisers also plan to run a charity festival in the summer, with details to be announced on Facebook.
