PATIENTS at a hospital clinic will now be able to enjoy some fascinating artwork donated by local school children
The children produced pieces of abstract artwork that are now on display in the urology department at Broomfield Hospital.
The project was the brainchild of Anne Stelmaszyk, urology admin co-ordinator. She said: “We have just moved to our new home in the south wing and we felt that we needed something to brighten up the corridor. I contacted my daughter’s school to see if they could help us and this is what happened.
“Everyone in the department is delighted with the results – they really do make a big difference as they are all so colourful.”
The young artists, aged between four and 11 years, recently paid a visit to the hospital to view their artwork.
