Felsted School cricketer Ben Waring has won Cricket World’s Performance of the Week.

The 17-year-old took the public vote accolade for breaking his school’s record for most wickets in a season.

His record of 68 broke the mark previoulsy set by ex- England player Derek Pringle.

For being handed the honour, Waring will receive a certificate and a signed photograph by Cricket World ambassador Matthew Hoggard MBE.
