Dunmow Atlantis wimming club’s seniors took centre stage at the Essex Masters Championships.
The squad’s total medal haul of 12 gold, 11 silver and one bronze included a host of relay medals.
Sarah Edwards, Cheryl Herrington, Nicola Russell and Tara Stroud combined for silver in the medley relay, with Edwards, Stroud and Herrington joined by Rebecca Moloney for silver in the 4x50m freestyle.
The men’s medley squad of Lee Peterson, Matt McLaughlin, Kyle Panton and Jamie McLaughlin were crowned county champions, while recent recruit Steve Beal and Michele Romain, who regularly coaches at the Dunmow pool, were also in action.
