Grange Farm & Dunmow Runners keep busy during lockdown

Grange Farm & Dunmow Runners have been managing to keep themselves busy, despite all training sessions, races and marathons being cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Club members are ensuring they are running solo or with family members who they liee with and keeping a two-metre distance should they pass anyone.

And Ashwin Shah took on his own challenge of running a marathon in his garden.
It worked out to a total of 480 laps and took him four hours and 20 minutes.
Heidi Shubrook also took to her garden to do her own 5k parkrun and Gillian Robertson, who is a qualified instructor, has now organised Facebook Live aerobic sessions for anyone who would like to take part.
Lee Pickering and Naomi Moss have set challenges that can be done at home for members and their families to see how much they can improve during the current lockdown in the UK.
