Dunmow Crests Academy had a fine 33-19 win over Blackwater Crystals in their latest outing.

They struggled in the first quarter, but got into the stride in the second to build a lead.

Crests Yellow lost 35-22 against Maldon Diamonds, with Lara McKeown their player of the match.

Crests White had a tough match against a youthful and physical Bentley Conquerors, going down 35-14, with Lauren Woosey the player of the match.
