Olympic bronze medallist Chloe Rogers returned to play at Chelmer Park for the first time since leaving her old club, Chelmsford, in 2008.
Despite drawing 3-3, Rogers, playing for Old Loughtonians, did manage to bag a second half goal for the visitors.
Rogers has been playing for the Loughton-based outfit since September last year, but spent five years at Premier League winners Leicester. She started her senior playing career at Chelmsford in 2000 and went on to play eight seasons for the club.
She made her England début at Chelmer Park in 2003 against Japan and has since gone on to take part in two Olympic Games and make 162 combined England and Great Britain appearances.
Originally from Barnston, Rogers started playing hockey at Dunmow Hockey Club (now Phoenix Hockey Club) and maintains a link with the Blue Hornets Felsted Hockey Club where she has been to show the young players her London 2012 bronze medal and provide some coaching.
