TALENTED swimmers from Great Dunmow Primary School took part in the Dunmow Family School’s swimming gala on June 21.

Children from Years 3-6 took part in the gala, working extremely hard as a team, and winning a fantastic three of four year group categories leading to the school finishing as overall winners.

P.E. co-ordinator Karen Scott said “A large number of children swim at a club outside of the school, and enjoyed the competitive spirit of the gala. This was a great event for the Dunmow ‘family’ as it brings together our local schools in a friendly yet competitive environment.”
