Dunmow Rhodes U8 Lions rounded the year off with a fine display of passing football and resolute defending to ensure they kept their four-game unbeaten run intact going into the festive break.
The Lions were always in control and their new found confidence enabled them to score at ease, again notching up double figures.
New Lions manger Steve White said: “The boys have been superb over the last few months.
“We have had a number of changes, but they have all listened to my plan, delivered in training and performed on a Sunday.
“I’m so proud of them all and especially to see the boys play football with a smile again.”
