With the first team having a week off, Dunmow Rhodes Reserves took centre stage – and they took full advantage of the spotlight by beating Silver End Reserves 6-1.

They were slow out of the blocks, making a few errors in their normal passing game.

But they soon got into their stride and Jake Buckland opened the scoring.

The second half saw Dunmow come out far more positively, with sharper passes and a much higher press.

Buckland got his second and with confidence flowing, goals from Dan Watt, James Watson, Adam Potts and a third from Buckland completed the win.
