Dunmow Rhodes Lions U15s have secured the league title following a 13th straight win at the weekend.
In a top of the table clash, Rhodes, who needed a point to become champions, triumphed 5-2 over nearest rivals Braintree.
Rhodes started brightly and took the lead after just five minutes thanks to Nathan Suleyman.
They had the chance to double the lead on 10 minutes with a penalty but it was missed.
On 20 minutes the lead was doubled by Jacob Morgan and with two minutes of the first half remaining Calum Pinto made it 3-0.
The start of the second half could not have been a bigger contrast as Braintree went all out attached and pulled two goals back.
Rhodes responded well with Jacob Morgan heading home for his second to make it 4-2 and Ross Wright finishing the game off with a darting run between the defence to slot home and secure the win.
