It was a mixed week for Dunmow Crests Netball Club, with all four teams in action in the league.

Crests Blues returned to winning ways with a dramatic 26-25 win against Stingray Blues.

Crests played well throughout, with some strong shooting and excellent defence. With the scores level with a minute to go, Crests’ Faye Ford (GS) secured the victory with the final shot. Player of the match went to Sarah Burton.

Crests Whites also continued their winning stretch beating Pheonix Jets 29-15.

Player of the match went to Marie Barr (WA).

It was a disappointing game for Crest Yellows, who lost 18-11 to Cathedral Discovery.

Their player of the match was Hollie Mackay.

Crests Oranges also suffered bad luck, losing 53-10 to HPSS - a score that didn’t reflect play.

Crests were in contention in the first quarter, but a serious injury meant they were down to six players from the second, and HPSS took full advantage. Player of the match was Tricia Barr.
