Atlantis pick up medals galore at Penguin event

It may be nearing the end of the season but Dunmow Atlantis are continuing to dominate the circuit in style.
Harlow Penguins hosted the Eric Shepherd meet last Saturday, with Dunmow notching up 72 personal bests.
The squad took home 45 medals, which included 16 gold, 17 silver and 12 bronze.
The team also broke five club records. They were: Daisy Herrington (50m and 100m breaststroke), Amy-Rose Ansell (50m and 100m butterfly) and Josh Smith (200m freestyle).
Those racing for the Dunmow club were: Lucy le Huquet, Rebecca Johnson, Rebecca Watt, Jack Rayner, Oliver Smith, Harry Wheeler, Aidan Clarkson, Sam Dack, John Boyle, Josh Smith, Louis Spong, Eloise Ansell, Jessica Jagathesan, Emily Green, Sophie Lloyd-Rossi, Rose Wilkinson, Amelie Jones, Daisy Herrington, Katie Musgrove, Emma Sarginson, Sophie Taylor, Damon Elliot, Jamie McLaughlin, Amelia Barton, Megan Archibald, Harriet Smith, Rebecca Romain, Louis Skingley, Toby Rayner, Elliot Skingley, Jamie Spong, Callum Whelan, Amy-Rose Ansell, Matt McLaughlin, Maddie Lees and Lauren Barker.
