DUNMOW Youth Club members have celebrated their annual achievement awards.
Representatives of the town, district and county councils and integrated youth services gave out 200 certificates in appreciation of the youngsters' endeavours in volunteering.
Youth club leader, Neil Tuttlebury, said: "Without them applying for funding and coming up with fundraising ideas themselves some of the projects we have going on here would never take place. They all deserved the plaudits given by the invited guests on the night."
The Dunmow Youth Club, North Street, is open on Tuesday and Thursday 7.30pm-10pm, and Friday 7pm-9.30pm for 13-19 year olds.
