Yellow weather warning issued for strong winds across East of England

The Met Office has issued a weather warning for very strong winds in the East of England with gusts of 60mph predicted this evening.
A period of very strong and gusty winds is likely on Wednesday night and Thursday morning.
Winds will be strongest after midnight, with gusts of 60 mph on coasts and 50 mph inland before easing during Thursday morning.
The weather warning is in place from 10pm tonight (January 6) until 9am tomorrow (January 7).
