Woman cut free from car following crash

FIREFIGHTERS were called to Great Bardfield this morning following a two vehicle collision.

Crews from Dunmow and Thaxted arrived to the incident on Braintree Road at around 10.20am this morning (Jan 27). Firefighters used hydraulic cutting equipment to free a female driver from her car which had left the road.

The woman was freed by 10.57am and left in the care of the ambulance service.
