Two arrests have been made after a 12-year-old boy was robbed on his way home from Dunmow Carnival

Two arrests have been made in connection with an alleged robbery which left a 12-year-old boy with nothing but his trousers and the goldfish he won at Dunmow Carnival.
The youngster had been carrying the fish home after attending the event on Saturday, September 21.
He was approached by two people on a footpath by Ash Grove at 6pm and reportedly had his clothes, mobile phone and a sum of cash stolen.
A 16-year-old boy from the Clacton area and a 21-year-old man, from Dunmow, have been arrested on suspicion of committing robbery and are currently on police bail until Wednesday, October 23 pending further enquiries.
