The Foakes Hall in Dunmow will be rocking to the sounds of two of the biggest chart acts. Dunmow Round Table will be hosting a charity tribute night on February 24 that will feature Abba and George Michael tribute acts. All proceeds of the evening will go to Little Havens Children's Hospice, which provides respite care for terminally ill children and their families. Abba Vision is a sensational and authentic tribute to the glam super-group. With glitzy costume changes, and choreographed routines, it is an all out energised and visually stunning show performed by singers and actors from London's West End.
Richard Carter appeared on "Stars In Their Eyes" in 1999 as George Michael. People who attended last year's Dunmow Carnival may recall Richard receiving a standing ovation for his performance. Doors open at 7.30pm with a licensed bar.
Tickets are £12.50 from Banana Travel, Market Place, Dunmow Tel 0870 8707471. For further information please contact Peter Noble of Round Table on 07971 152710 or Kevin Deamer on 0779 6177 147.
