THE Witham Bypass on the A12 in Essex will be closed northbound overnight tonight, Thursday July 7, for maintenance work including road marking renewal.
The bypass will be closed from 9pm until 5am between junctions 21 and 22 with traffic diverted through Witham via the B1389.
Bad weather prevented this work being carried out on Tuesday July 5 as planned. Southbound carriageway work took place successfully yesterday, Wednesday 6 July.
