TRADERS got into the spirit of Christmas on Friday night donning pantomime-wear and festive fancy dress for late- night shopping in Dunmow.
Mike Perry, chairman of Dunmow Chamber of Commerce, led the way dressing up as Buttons from Cinderella, accompanied by the ugly sisters, namely Sharon Sellers and Sue Perry, and, of course, Cinderella herself, Jenny Childs.
Mr Perry said: "It was great to see everyone get into the festive spirit. The Christmas trade seems to have picked up now as the festive period draws closer.
