Dunmow residents are invited to take pictures of what they really like about the town and what annoys them on a Photo Fun Day on Saturday October 21.
It is part of The Dunmow Town Design Statement Group's work to draw up their planning guidance document.
Visitors to Foakes Hall on the day will be given a disposable camera. The photos will be developed by the council and can be seen in the afternoon.
To take part people must register by sending their name, address phone number and the number wishing to take photos to clivesmith@rout56.co.uk or by post to Dunmow Town Design Statement, Foakes House, 47 Stortford Road, Great Dunmow, Essex CM6 1DG.
