EXPENSES for Dunmow Town councillors have been revealed this week.
In total �5125.25 is shared amongst the 14 councillors in accordance with recommendations made by Uttlesford District Council's remuneration panel.
Town clerk Owen Wilson oversees the council's financial comings and goings.
He said: "If they chose to take it, each member receives �325 - that is less than �1 per day.

"The purpose of such a modest allowance is to reimburse members for costs they incur on postage, phone bills, use of computers and stationary."
An extra �43.50 is given to the chairmen of the council's four committees. Only one member of the council does not claim any expenses at all.
