WITH a major housing development on the agenda, Dunmow Town Council is inviting residents to air their views at a planning meeting.

On Wednesday (Jan 18) the town council’s planning committee will be discussing an application from Bovis Homes for 125 homes in sector four of the Woodlands Park development.

As part of the application, the developer has promised the completion of the North-West Bypass – which has been incomplete for over 10 years – to be completed with 10 months of outlined planning permission being approved.

The meeting will start at 7.30pm in the Foakes Hall. If you would like to speak at the meeting, notice has to be given to the town clerk three days in advance. The clerk can be contacted on info@greatdunmow-tc.gov.uk. For a full agenda, visit greatdunmow-tc.gov.uk.
