A HIGH Roding mother and toddler group raised over �100 for Great Ormond Street hospital by organising a coffee and shopping morning.
Aside from the selection of hot teas and coffees on sale, local art and craft items took centre stage at the WI Hall.
Stalls filled with everything from jewellery to greeting cards attracted browsers who were willing to pay the �1 entry and spend a little more inside.
Organiser and group leader, Sarah Warnes, said: "We had a great mix of people stop by and the village supported the event really well. About 50 people came during the two hours.
"I think the youngest person we had was two months old and the oldest person was 85.
