Teenage girl was ‘touched over her clothes’ and pushed into a bush
DETECTIVES are investigating an incident in Great Leighs on Wednesday evening (Oct 20) when a teenage girl was followed by a man who pushed her into bushes.
At around 8.30pm the girl got off a bus in School Lane and a man tried to engage her in conversation.
He followed her and pushed her towards bushes and touched her over her clothes. She screamed and he ran off.
He is described as white, 5ft 8ins tall, aged between 25-30, with black hair, swept over but messy modern style, unshaven, wearing black jacket, V necked top and blue jeans.
The victim was shaken but otherwise unhurt.

Police say they urgently need to speak to any witnesses.
Ds Gary Robinson said: “I urge anyone with any information, or who recognises the description of the suspect to contact detectives in Chelmsford.
