A record-breaking £90,000 was raised for charity at Weston Homes’s 22nd annual golf day recently.
The money went to St Clare Hospice, partners of the Takeley housebuilder, who provide care for adults with life-limiting illnesses.
Over 22 years the fund-raiser has made more than £2million for the charity, and is a day of golf, spas, fine-dining, and entertainment.
In the charity auction, guests had the chance to bid for a holiday to Dubai.
Weston Homes chairman, Bob Weston, said: “Both myself and the whole team at Weston Homes are proud to host this fun annual event for an exceptional cause.”
