Sport-mad youngsters handed cash boost
BUDDING sports stars ran out financial winners after being awarded cash training grants. As part of the UK-wide SportsAid charity programme, Ian Terry, president of Dunmow Rotary Club, handed over �2650 in total to seven sport-mad teenagers aged 13 to 18.

As part of the UK-wide SportsAid charity programme, Ian Terry, president of Dunmow Rotary Club, handed over �2650 in total to seven sport-mad teenagers aged 13 to 18.
SportsAid eastern region representative, Chris Dyer, said: "The Rotary Club of Dunmow has once again most generously supported SportsAid - the national charity for sport.
"The cash presented will be used to assist in the increasing costs that are involved with training and competing at the highest levels of their sports."
