TRADITIONAL country-style fun was had in Great Hallingbury, as the 71st annual flower show attracted the crowds.
Exhibits on the day included the Harlow Band, a vintage model railway, various sideshows, iconic maypole dancing and of course refreshments of every kind.
Located at Gaston House, the centre piece of the show was as ever, the race for the biggest and best flowers, vegetables and crafts.
One show participant said: "It was a great day. I did not manage to walk away with any of the prizes but had fun all the same. I will definitely come back next year."
The show took place earlier this month and was expected to make hundreds of pounds.
