Criminal damage was caused to a window of a home in Nursery Rise, Great Dunmow.

A small hole was made in a front double-glazed, ground floor window as well as cracks to the outer glass panel between 10am and midday on June 24.

A door lock of a van suffered damage as someone tried to break in.

The attempt on the Vauxhall Astra van, parked in Gore Terrace, Rayne, took place just before 5pm on July 2.

Two wallets were removed from cars in Birchanger on the same night.

A Volvo V60, on Birchanger Lane, and a grey Ford Mondeo, parked on Bradley Common, were broken into between 6pm on July 4 and 9am on the following day.

A grey Land Rover Defender 110 was stolen from a driveway in Garnetts Lane, Felsted.

The theft took place between 9pm on July 4 and 7.25am on July 5.

Thieves disabled the locks of a Renault Master van to break into the vehicle.

The van, parked on Chelmsford Road, Dunmow, was targeted between 10.20pm on June 30 and 9.30am on July 1.

Property was removed from a car on Sunnyside, Stansted, between 9pm on July 4 and 8.35am the following day. Minimal damaged was caused to a lock in order to get in.

Two cars on Clapton Road, Takeley, were targeted by thieves.

Nothing was stolen after someone broke into a BMW 518 between 11pm on July 4 and 7am on July 5, but a red purse containing £10 was stolen from a red Mini One during the same time frame.

Hand and power tools were stolen from a white Ford Transit van.

The thieves got into the vehicle, parked on High Street, Newport, between 5.30pm on July 5 and 6.50am on July 6.

The number plates of a black Volkswagen Golf, on Hollow Road, Newport, were stolen between 6.30pm on July 5 and 7.30am the following day.

A Volkswagen Touareg suffered scratched on the passenger door and a rear door while it was parked on silver Street, Stansted, between 5.30pm on July 5 and 8.30am on July 6.

Garden furniture and gardening tools were stolen from a shed in Stortford Road, Takeley.

The thieves broke off the lock to get inside the shed between 5am and 2pm on July 8.
