How many parish councils are in agreement with up to three wheelie bins per household in their parish? We have beautiful villages, which will be spoilt by the sight of these, especially where cottages have no frontage and narrow pavements and roads, also

We have beautiful villages, which will be spoilt by the sight of these, especially where cottages have no frontage and narrow pavements and roads, also where will they store them?
Before they are introduced (maybe never) I suggest they consult the parish councils and households first.
I am all for conservation, but I think this scheme has not been thought through and is not in keeping with our villages.
We are proud of our villages and countryside, do not spoilt it with wheelie bins.
Also the waste collection point on the Thaxted Road is owned by ECC and will not close, so use it to ensure we do not lose it.
