We would like to thank Tesco store, Tesco shoppers, our friends, singers and instrumentalists who enabled us to collect £1,021 Carol Singing on Thursday December 22. This is a magnificent sum and equates to 71 care hours giving Carers a break.

We wish to correct any impression given that we were defying the law. Our singing went ahead following advice given to us by a District Council solicitor. We are concerned that such events may require a licence costing £21 and will be seeking clarification about this for the future.
