Police are appealing for information after a teenager was bitten by a dog in Stebbing.

Essex Police is appealing for information after a teenager was bitten by a dog in Stebbing.

A boy was cycling when he was stopped by a man who had a white terrier on a lead, on Friday May 8 at around 12.30pm in Bran End Fields.

A spokesperson for Essex Police said: “It was reported that the dog jumped up at the boy and bit him.

“We are looking for a man who has been described as in his 30s, white, six-foot-tall, with long light brown hair.

“We understand the man did try to exchange details at the time.”
