A sea of red noses could be spotted across Uttlesford today (Friday), as pupils dressed up to raise money for Comic Relief.
At FKS, children took part in a triathlon fundraiser all week, on Thursday running a hundredth of the coastline of the UK as they did laps of their playing fields.
Meanwhile students at Great Dunmow Primary School created a joke book for the day and tested their teachers’ sense of humour as they did their best to make them laugh.
In Takeley, students were able to paint the faces of their teachers in one of the school’s more unusual assemblies. Primary school pupils in Great Easton and Flitch Green also put on their brightest shades of red and took part in face-painting activities.
To find out how much was raised, pick up a copy of the Dunmow Broadcast next Thursday.
