FIVE crews were called to the A120 this morning after an HGV overturned, trapping the driver.
Appliances from Dunmow, Braintree, Newport, Stansted and Harlow attended the scene at 4.50am this morning (Nov 23).
The eastbound carriage way between Dunmow and Braintree was closed while firefighters used cutting equipment to free the man. The incident was dealt with by 5.20am.
