FINCHINGFIELD C of E Primary School is throwing open its doors on Thursday November 13 at 7.30pm for a Christmas Shopping Fair. This is the first to be held in the new school hall which is coming up for its first anniversary.

Joint chairman of the school's PTA, Shelley Morris-Wingfield and Kelly Arnold said: "The new school hall has meant this small school with a big heart can hold events which until now have been virtually impossible. There are some excellent stalls including those selling wooden toys, stocking fillers, crafts, cards, delicatessen produce, cakes and beauty products. Everyone is welcome - and entry, which includes mulled wine and mince pies, is £2."

The school has always held Christmas events which are well supported by the community and this year's shopping fair promises to be the biggest yet.
