A man has been arrested after an appeal for information about an attempted robbery.

Officers released a picture of Mohammad Fadad in connection with an attempt to steal a dog in Church End, Dunmow, on June 3.

Mr Fadad, 22, of no fixed abode, was arrested on Saturday (September 26) on suspicion of robbery.

He has been bailed until October 23 while officers carry out further enquiries.
