THIS week in our regular diet diary Louise seems to have shown a greater resolve in battling those food urges and addictions we explored last week.

Her psycho-therapist Jenny Lynn said she has eaten hardly any bread, which last week we discovered was her greatest weakness.

Louise has suggested that her food diary reads like a menu such as 'steamed trout on a bed of spinach'. But that she is resolved to continue.

Problems with eating healthy foods have surfaced though says Jenny in the fact it is proving much more expensive.

She said: "I will be giving her some cheaper recipes to try and getting her to exercise more, Louise is starting to appreciate that this is her life and she has to live it now. This is a vital step in changing her life and weight."
