POLICE are investigating a report of racial abuse in Braintree.
The 32-year-old victim reported he was in Railway Street at about 3.25pm on Monday August 5 when a man asked him what he was looking at and used abusive language towards him.
The suspect is white, aged 16 to 20, with short brown hair.
