Members held a special lunch in honour of their immediate past president June Milne at Bretts Farm, White Roding, to thank her for her outstanding leadership and innovative ideas throughout the past year. A total of 25 members attended the event and after enjoying their lunch, June thanked them all for their help and support concluding with a poem extolling friendship, which had been a keynote throughout her year. Following this, current president Brenda Smith presented June with a very appropriate Inner Wheel Brooch.
