POLICE have cordoned off an area in Dunmow High Street after a man was found lying on the floor with blood spattered on his clothing and face.
According to eyewitness reports the man had several injuries and was staggering around before collapsing in the road.
Police have confirmed the incident and said that the man had several injuries and had been taken to hospital in an ambulance. He was discovered just after 11am today (Tuesday).
