CRESSING Temple is hosting The Historic Homes Show this weekend.
The event, organised by Essex County Council aims to put owners of listed buildings in contact with the companies that supply products and services suitable for historic buildings.
County councillor Jeremy Lucas, cabinet member for heritage, culture and the arts, said: "Essex has many historic towns and villages and some wonderful buildings too.
"By looking after these buildings we are preserving them for future generations. The Historic Homes Show is a must for anyone interested in this field, or for those who own a listed building."
The Show runs from 10am to 4.30pm on the Saturday and Sunday. Tickets are £3.50 or £2.50 for concessions.
