HATFIELD Forest is hosting two exciting events in May.
A wild flower identification guided walk takes place on Wednesday May 12, from 5.30pm to 7.30pm.
Take a guided walk around the forest's wildflower hotspots and learn from an expert how to positively identify some rare and wonderful wild breeds. The walk is suitable for adults aged 16 years and over. Entry is �5 per person and booking is essential on 01279 870678.
Meanwhile, children can get involved with a Teddy Bears' Picnic on Saturday May 15, from 11am to 2pm.
Bring along your favourite teddy and pack a picnic. All sorts of bear-themed fun and games will be happening, including teddy parachuting.
The event is suitable for families with children aged seven years and under. Entry is �5 per child. Booking is essential.
