Great Dunmow Leisure Centre has installed new, state-of-the-art Life Fitness gym equipment.
The £30,000 investment includes: a Life Fitness Synrgy360 apparatus – a full-service training centre that can be tailored to serve the broad scope of members’ goals and facilitate the latest fitness trends; the Life Fitness Signature Cable Cross Over for members who wish to concentrate on upper-body exercises; and the new TRX suspension training machine which helps users to build and tighten muscle, as well as burn calories.
Phil Wallis, contract manager at the leisure centre, said: “We are committed to providing the best facilities possible for our members in a bid to improve their health and wellbeing. I’m sure the community will be delighted with us now offering the very latest exercise equipment.”
