The Committee of the Friends of Great Dunmow Clinic wish to thank everyone who has helped raise funds over the last few years. The clinic is holding its AGM on Tuesday, September 26 in the Downs Room, Foakes Hall at 8.00pm and would welcome anyone who wishes to help in any way.
They are planning a coffee morning in the New Street clinic on Wednesday, October 18 from 10am to noon for people to discuss what we they have been able to achieve for the clinic. Visitors will see outside the clinic the teak bench which was recently unveiled by Cllr Carol James in memory of her husband Cllr Douglas James, the first mayor of Dunmow. One familiar event for the clinic now is the highly successful Fun Musical Quiz to be held in February of 2007 - more details later this year.
