A WOMEN was trapped up-side-down in her car in a field, when her vehicle left the roadway of the A120 following last Tuesday night.
Emergency services were called to the Westbound A120 two-car crash between Great Dunmow and Stansted at 5pm where firefighters used cutting equipment to free the woman.
Fire crew from Dunmow, Stansted, Braintree and Harlow attended the scene.
Station Officer Keith Crow said "The extrication was difficult because of her injuries and the way in which she was trapped. We stabilised the vehicle and cut off the door so we could safely remove her.
