Keen readers from Felsted and Great Easton primary schools were selected to take part in a joint project last week.

Year 3 More Able Readers came together to read Lob by Linda Newbery, a story of a mythical green man who works with a child and her grandpa to develop her gardening skills. The children spent the day learning about the myth of the green man, how it has been represented in sculpture through the ages and in different cultures. They also spent part of the day gardening and planting seeds. The children will continue the project in the summer term.
