‘STUNNING’ music venue High Barn is up for sale.
The Grade II* listed building has been put on the market, by Bidwells estate agents, asking for offers in the region of £1.25million.
The stunning timber framed medieval barn dating back to early 14th century is a popular music venue with past acts including Matt Cardle and Ed Sheeran.
Former X Factor winner Cardle described it as his “favourite place to perform”.
The future of the building as a music venue hangs in the balance as it remains unclear who will be buying it.
