Essex police appeal for witnesses after motorcycle crash on A120

TWO people have been injured in a motorcycle accident on the A120 on the outskirts of Braintree.

Police were called to Panners roundabout on the west side of the town on Sunday after a rider and a passenger crashed just before noon.

An air ambulance landed at the scene and the two casualties were later taken to hospital. The vehicles involved were a blue Yamaha motorcycle and a green Ford Focus.

Police have appealed for witnesses and anyone that saw what happened at the junction between the A120 and the A131 should contact Pc Martyn Wells at Dunmow Road Policing Unit on 0300 333 4444.
