POLICE are appealing for information and witnesses following two burglaries of secure private garages in Takeley. Between 9.30pm on October 6 and 6.30am on October 7, suspects forced entry to a private garage in Smiths Green, causing an estimated £100 of

POLICE are appealing for information and witnesses following two burglaries of secure private garages in Takeley.

Between 9.30pm on October 6 and 6.30am on October 7, suspects forced entry to a private garage in Smiths Green, causing an estimated £100 of damage, and stole tools with an estimated value of around £400.

Between 9pm on October 6 and 6am on October 7, entry to a private garage in the same road was forced, causing an estimated £16 of damage. Nothing was stolen.
