BUSINESSES have today (Friday) been encouraged to take part in an Essex County Council led apprentice scheme - following the enrolling of new workers.
In total 120 engineering and manufacturing apprentices gathered at county hall in Chelmsford to enrol for the Essex Apprentice Programme.
Businesses still have time to register their interest in taking on an apprentice and should contact Essex County Council on 01245 438850 or email: engineering@essex.gov.uk
